Our Special News

"0ur Special News" is an interactive newsletter for special needs students using Picture Communication Symbols in the Baltimore City Public School System. The goal is to provide these students with a vehicle to enhance their communication, reading, writing, and leisure time skills. Additionally, the newsletter has benefited students using English as a second language as well as students with severe reading deficits.
