No Child Left BehindThe Office of Parent Involvement and School, Family, Community Connections The Office of Parent Involvement and School, Family, and Community Connections provides systemic support to Title I schools in accordance with BCPSS and NCLB guidelines and mandates. The Title I Parent Involvement staff currently consists of one Staff Specialist and nine Parent/ Community Assistants. Title I Parent/ Community Assistants provide direct and ongoing technical assistance, promote and encourage district and school-based parent involvement initiatives, and assist with NCLB program implementation and documentation Mission Statement:To engage all stakeholders as partners to maximize resources, information and support to families, caregivers, and communities for the success and academic achievement of our children.
