Jerrelle F. Francois has an extensive background in teaching and learning. She was employed for over 30 years, in a variety of capacities, within the City Schools. As a mathematics teacher, mathematics department head, middle school assistant principal, and middle and high school principal, Ms. Francois served students, parents, and staff directly.
As the City Schools Assistant Superintendent for Secondary Schools, she focused on establishing policy and procedures that would improve K-12 curriculum and instruction and special student support services systemwide.
