The BCPSS Master Plan
2006-2008, in accordance with State guidelines, provides the core
of the school system's plans for improving the academic achievement
of all students. The Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) goals, which reflect the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB), are
the organizing elements on which the BCPSS Master Plan 2006-2008 is based
