A Note to Vendors about BCPSS Payment Policies:Procurements valued at more than $500 require a BCPSS purchase order.

No payments will be made for work performed before a purchase order is issued by the Office of Materials Management. Vendors who commence work before they have received a valid purchase order do so at their own risk.
