DEFICIENCY NOTICES, PROGRESS REPORTS

REPORT CARDS

In order for students to be academically successful, progress reports and report cards are issued quarterly, deficiency notices are issued on an as needed basis. The purpose of these reports is to inform parents/guardians of the progress their child is making.  Four times during the school year, parents/guardians are invited to attend Parent/Teacher Conferences to discuss their child’s progress.  It is strongly recommended that parents/guardians make every effort to attend these conferences. Parents are also encouraged to contact their child’s teacher when concerns first come up.

Those students who are having difficulty, extra assistance (Coach Class) is available from their teacher.
