Make-up training for front office staff
Deadline: October 20
Front office staff (e.g., secretaries, office assistants, and registrars) who were not able to attend training in August should register to attend a three-hour training session at the Professional Development Center (2500 E. Northern Parkway) at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 18, or Friday, October 20.
Training will cover customer service skills and methods for organizing the front office, organizing personal work schedules, setting up administrative systems, and required folders and binders. Front office staff will also have opportunities to share best practices.
