Document information about the delivery of special education supplementary aids, services, and accommodations that support annual goals for students with disabilities.
School leaders and teachers will be notified if a student has been selected for a 30- to 40-minute observation by a Special Education Liaison (SEL) using the tool. The liaison will also schedule debrief times to provide feedback. This tool will support strategic planning at the district office, but will not be used in any formal observation tied to staff evaluation.
