Attendance recording and notifications

Beginning Monday, September 11, notification calls will be sent automatically to parents/guardians of students who have been marked absent for the day. In order for calls to be received, attendance records must be entered by 4:00 p.m. and parent/guardian phone numbers in Infinite Campus must be accurate.
The default message is a robotic voice that gives the date, student name, and school name. School leaders can choose to record their own message by following these instructions, but please note that these custom messages cannot automatically include a student’s name and date. Schools can also opt to send a text message (in addition to the call) by following these directions.
