• Training for front office staff

    All principals and assistant principals / Deadline: August 22

    Front office staff (e.g., secretaries, office assistants, registrars) should plan to attend a three-hour training session at the Professional Development Center (2500 E. Northern Parkway) at either 9:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 23, or Monday, August 28. Please ask staff to register here.

    The training will cover customer service skills and methods for organizing the front office of a school, organizing personal work schedules, and setting up administrative systems, and required folders and binders. Secretaries and other front office staff will also have opportunities to share best practices.
