Annual evaluations for school-based and district office staffAll supervisors/Deadline: June 6
All annual evaluations for non-certificated employees must be completed no later than one week before the last day of school for employees: For 2016-17, this falls on Tuesday, June 6. This deadline is the same for both 10-month and 12-month employees.
Evaluations for employees you supervise must be submitted electronically using the appropriate form. Supervisors should complete these tasks on a rolling basis to allow time to resolve potential technical difficulties or questions.As a reminder, supervisors must provide a signed and dated copy of the annual evaluation form to their direct reports if they are evaluated in the Non Teacher Tool.
