• Community budget review meetings

    All principals / Deadline: April 21

    All school budgets will be finalized during the first week of April at “mini-collaboratives” scheduled with ILEDs and the Finance Office. After completion of the mini-collaborative, school leaders must present their final budgets to their school communities at a budget review meeting. A PowerPoint template, sample flyer, agenda, sign-in sheets, and evaluation form will be available on Office 365 on Monday, April 3, to support this meeting.

    Your community meeting must occur no later than Friday, April 21. The date and time of your meeting must be sent to your ILED as soon as it is scheduled. After your community meeting, all documents (e.g., flyer, agenda, sign-in sheets, and evaluations) must be sent to the Family and Community Engagement department at famcommunityengage@bcps.k12.md.us.
