Entering missing report card gradesAll principals and assistant principals / Deadline: April 3 and April 21
All 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-quarter grades must be entered into Infinite Campus by Monday, April 3, to ensure that parents and students receive accurate, timely, and complete information and that transcripts are up to date. If a student has transferred in from another school, grades on the records received from the sending school should be entered. Please review this letter outlining the expectations and required steps for all traditional schools.
If extenuating circumstances prevent teachers at your school from entering grades for the first three quarters, you must submit an explanatory letter to the Office of Achievement and Accountability by Friday, April 21. This letter must include a summary of the challenges that prevented the entry of all grades and a plan to ensure all grades for each quarter and semester, along with final grades, are entered by Tuesday, June 13.
