Training and equipment requests for PARCC readinessAll principals and assistant principals / Deadline: February 17
To prepare for PARCC administration (April 18 to June 5), all school test coordinators must complete the “PARCC capacity readiness tool” by Friday, February 17.
This tool is available under the Academics tab on ERP and is pre-populated with technology inventory as of January 2015 and enrollment data as of January 27, 2017. (Click here for guidance.) If you don’t have access to the tool, email ServiceDesk@bcps.k12.md.us or call 443-984-2000.
Due to prioritized spending, orders for additional equipment to be purchased with current year funds must be placed by Tuesday, February 28, and must specify that the requested items are in direct support of PARCC technology readiness. An approval committee will examine all submitted technology requisitions.
