• School lead cohort training and involvement fair

    All principals and assistant principals / Deadlines: Multiple

    Training will provide family and community engagement school leads and school administrators with strategies to promote engagement and student achievement. Participants will learn more about Priority School/Title I parent involvement requirements and support available from the Engagement department. School leaders should email their family and community engagement (FCE) specialist to reserve space.

    Title I schools are also invited to participate in a parent involvement resource fair on Thursday, January 19. The fair will take place in the first floor Board room at 200 E. North Avenue, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The event will feature approved vendors and resources that support school climate, family engagement, mental health, and early literacy. Contact your FCE specialist to reserve space.
