• Spring BTU employee evaluation tasks

    All leaders / Deadlines: April 3 and 18

    Formal observations and professional expectations tasks must be completed electronically by Monday, April 3. The professional expectation task is an evaluation component within the Teacher Effectiveness Evaluation and should only be completed for BTU employees with classroom teacher job titles.

    Supervisors will complete these tasks in the Online Performance Management System (OPMS) which opened this week. It will remain open for one work week after the contractual deadline and will close for entry on April 18.

    Supervisors should log into the ERP Portal and make sure they see the appropriate employees listed in their OPMS queue.
