• First verification of emergency drills

    All principals / Deadline: December 20

    Principals must upload copies of fire and emergency drill logs into school folders (via Blackboard and TSS) by Tuesday, December 20.

    Each school should have completed two or three fire drills, one bus evacuation, and at least one other drill listed on the 2016-17 drill log.
    1. Evacuation
    2. Reverse evacuation
    3. Shelter in place
    4. Alert status
    5. Lockdown
    6. Drop, cover, and hold on
    These required drills provide practice for responding to school and community emergencies as outlined in the Critical Response and School Emergency Management Guide. The second drill verification for the full school year will be due in May.
