• Title I FY16 encumbrances

    All principals and assistant principals / Deadline: November 15

    Schools must resolve all FY16 Title I encumbrances dated prior to September 30 by Tuesday, November 15. This includes parent involvement expenses appearing on FY16 Title I funds (4501.16.00) for the 2015-16 fiscal year.
     
    Please ensure that all invoices and documentation have been submitted for payment to be processed or that requisition/purchase orders that are not needed have been canceled. FY16 Title I encumbrances remaining as of Friday, November 18, will be canceled. Unresolved encumbrances with valid expenses on invoices submitted after Friday, November 18, can not use FY16 Title I funds as payment.
