• 12th-grade assessments: i-Ready and Accuplacer

High school principals, assistant principals, and executive directors of principal support/network facilitators / Deadline: Ongoing
During the 2016-17 school year, 12th-grade students enrolled in transition courses (College Readiness – Literacy and College Readiness – Mathematics) will take CollegeBoard’s Diagnostic Accuplacer at the beginning of their course and the Accuplacer at the end of their course. The Accuplacer will be taken in place of i-Ready to serve as the College Readiness re-assessment.
    Please note:
    • 12th-grade transition course students enrolled in semester courses will take the Accuplacer as their end-of-course assessment in January or May. Year-long students will test in May as their end-of-course assessment.
    • 12th-grade students who are not enrolled in the transition course do not take either i-Ready or Accuplacer assessments.
Additional details will be shared at systemic professional development and with school test coordinators.
