• Training on tools for communicating with families and school communities

    All principals / Deadline: August 18, 19 and August 25, 26
    The district provides schools with a mass phone call/text messaging system (ParentLink) and website platform (SchoolWires). It is imperative that each school have staff trained to use these systems so that parents and community members can receive important news and information from your school. Technical training for school-based staff on these two systems is being provided at the Professional Development Center (2500 East Northern Parkway) and at the district office (200 East North Avenue) on the dates and times listed below. Please note that registration is limited, so please ensure that your designated staff members register quickly.

    ParentLink training:
    Friday, August 19, 9:30 a.m.– 11:30 a.m.
    Thursday, August 25, 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
