• School Test Coordinator training day

All principals / Deadline: August 19

The annual mandatory School Test Coordinator (STC) orientation will be held on Friday, August 26 at the Baltimore Design School (1500 Barclay Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202). All STCs should plan on bringing their laptops. In addition to the assessment overview, test integrity protocols for assessment administration and a review of the Office 365 STC site (aiding in coordinating assessments throughout the school year) will be discussed.

STCs at traditional, new school initiative, and transformation schools will also have the opportunity to participate in i-Ready professional development sessions presented by Curriculum Associates (CA). These sessions will provide an opportunity for new STCs to learn about the assessment (mandatory) and for returning STCs to learn about updates to the assessment and basics for administering the test (optional). STCs must register by Friday, August 19. Seating is limited, and on a first come, first served basis.
