• Summer Enrollment Update

    Transfer requests by families may be made during the summer enrollment period from July 18-August 12, 2016. Walk-ins are welcome from 8:30-2:30 (M-F), other times can be scheduled by appointment only. Summer enrollment will take place at two locations: Edmondson Westside High School (Westside Skills Center, 4501 Edmondson Avenue) and Harford Heights Elementary School (1919 N. Broadway). In zone transfers should be done at the school level (all elementary; some K-8 are zoned).

    Remind parents/guardians that they must have a valid ID and bring two (2) proofs of residence dated within 30 days (allowable proofs include lease or deed, court papers, letter from social security, or household utilities bill – not including cell phone), and their child’s birth certificate.

    If a transfer is approved, a placement letter will be sent by mail; placement letters will be mailed by August 17th as school starts August 29th. The student's previous school should provide a Maryland State Withdrawal Packet. This packet, along with the placement letter, should be brought to the new school for transfer.
