EOY Cumulative Records Completion
All principals and assistant principals | Deadline: through June 24
Principals should allocate time for the staff member(s) who manage student records to properly ensure students’ cumulative records are complete with the necessary information. These steps include printing the students’ final report card and transcript, if applicable; entering attendance and state assessment information. These steps ensure schools have the information they need to best support students next school year. Principals should also communicate to their administrative staff to follow the outlined procedures.

Please note that records for students currently in grades 5 and 8 must go through the Office of Student Records Transitional Grades Records Transfer that will take place from June 24 to July 15. Records for all other grades may be sent through interoffice mail but must be labeled with the words “CUMULATIVE RECORD” in large print on the outside of the interoffice mail folder.
