Thank you for your continued patience and support the past couple of days as we’ve worked to resolve technical problems related to Monday’s power outage. Most important systems were impacted caused limited or a complete outage, and our team has been working around the clock to completely restore all of them. As of this morning, the most critical systems are currently on line and fully accessible (i.e. City Schools email, Student Management System (SMS), district website, Enterprise Management System (ERP), district phones, K12 Buy, WiFi, internet, and Parent Teacher Gradebook). However, there are other applications (i.e. eForms, TSS, Blackboard, and the VPN) that we are still migrating. We will update you when these systems become available.
