• Annual Evaluations for School-Based and District Office Staff

    All middle, middle/high, and high school principals and assistant principals, executive directors of principal support/network facilitators, district office directors/executive directors/officers | Deadline: June 14

    All Annual Evaluations for non-certificated employees and BTU employees with non-teacher job titles must be completed by one week before the last day of school for employees. The forms and related evaluation tasks for those employees whom you supervise must be submitted electronically using the appropriate form.

    As a reminder, supervisors must provide a signed and dated copy of the annual evaluation form to their employee if they are evaluated in the BCPS Non Teacher Tool.

    BCPS Non Teacher Tool (NTT)


    These forms are currently available to you. We recommend that you complete these tasks on a rolling basis between you and other qualified observers in your building. This will allow time for support in case of technical difficulty or support questions. The electronic system will remain open for one week after the deadline. After June 21 they will no longer be available for entry.
