• Email migration to Office 365

    All principals and assistant principals  
     
    Please note that starting Sunday, February 21, City Schools will begin migrating all school-based staff member’s email accounts to Office 365. This process will have no impact on how users currently access their email, however, users will be able to enjoy additional functionality including:
    • Access to mail and calendar on any connected device 
    • No vault or archiving of emails – all your email is instantly accessible
    • Improved alerts for mail and calendar
    • One stop shop for OneDrive, Outlook, and Calendar in Office 365
    • An improved user interface for accessing email via the web
    • 50 GB of mailbox space for all users
    Additionally, and in accordance with the Board Retention Policy adopted October 2014, beginning on May 1, 2016, email messages older than 3 years old will not be retained in adherence with the 3-year email retention policy adopted in October 2014.
