January ILT Tool release
All leadersBeginning February 16, principals will be able to access the January 2016 Instructional Leadership Team Tool (ILT tool) on Principal’s Dashboard. The release date has been adjusted to allow for the additional testing, scoring, and grading timeframes that resulted from the snowstorm. The ILT tool can be found in the ILT tab located within the Student Information tab on the Principal’s Dashboard main screen. Principals should share the tool with their Instructional Leadership Team and teacher teams to support data driven student and school performance discussions.
The January ILT Tool has updated Climate and Special Education modules through the end of January. The tool includes assessment result data by LRE, middle and end of course assessment data, early warning indicators, college and career readiness metrics and graduation tracking for high schools. The Student-Level ILT Tool will also be updated with second semester data. High schools should review the graduation tracker in the ILT tool and Student-Level Tools to have focused conversations focused on 12th graders’ graduation status and plan targeted assistance for students who may not be on track to meet graduation requirements.
