• School Survey administration extension

    Due to the inclement weather and subsequent school closures, the last day of the School Survey administration window for students, parents, and staff has been extended to Monday, March 14. Response rate updates will be sent weekly to principals and survey coordinators. Please note: while the Survey Team can provide a response rate for the Staff Survey, it cannot provide a list of staff that have not yet completed the survey due to the survey’s anonymous nature. To assist you with the administration of the School Survey, please review the following information:
     What should staff members do if a new survey link is needed?
    If staff members need a new survey link, please complete the School Staff Survey Link Request Form. After completing this form, staff members should receive a new Staff Survey link sent to their City Schools email within 48-business hours.
     What if I run out of Scantron School Survey Forms for students and/or parents?
    If you need more Scantron forms, please complete the Scantron request form. If you choose to have materials sent to your school via interoffice mail, please note that it may take up to three business days from the time of your submission to receive the materials. If you or your Survey Coordinator would prefer to pick-up the materials, please indicate this on the request form and the materials will be ready on the same business day. The Survey Team is located at the district office, Room 203 (200 E. North Ave., Baltimore, MD 21202). Please ask for Tonya Webb, the survey point of contact.
     How do parents or students access the online surveys?
    The window for Parent and Student Surveys will close on March 14.
