Forms currently available in OPMS: We recommend that you complete these tasks on an ongoing basis between you and other qualified observers in your building. This will allow time for support in case of technical difficulty or support questions. Please note that the electronic system will remain open until Friday, January 22 after which it will no longer be available for entry. If you have questions or need additional support, please email OPMS@bcps.k12.md.us.

    Classroom Teachers
    Deadline: Friday, January 15

Similar to last year’s SLO-focused conversations with teachers at the midyear, supervisors will use a midyear performance guide to meet with teachers and review performance and growth to this point in the year. For 2015-16 school year, only the PBES midyear performance review form will be available in OPMS to be completed electronically. Supervisors must provide a signed and dated copy of the midyear performance review to their employee. Signed and dated forms may be scanned and attached into OPMS for record keeping purposes. We recommend that you complete these tasks on an ongoing basis between you and other qualified observers in your building. For questions, please email Jerome Jones in the Human Capital Office.

    All non-certificated staff
    Deadline: Tuesday, February 16

The forms and related evaluation tasks for non-certified staff automatically generate in the BCPS non-teacher evaluation electronic system. As a reminder, supervisors must provide a signed and dated copy of the midyear performance review to their employee.
