• Upcoming service interruptions for scheduled upgrades

    All leaders   |   December 17 through December 21 

    Please take note to the following scheduled system updates:

    • Video recording system, Truvision Navigator, will be upgraded on Thursday, December 17 after 5 p.m. and a brief outage of approximately 30 minutes may occur, however, there will be no visible changes from the current application.
    • ERP system, including end-of-year tax information and Affordable Care Act related upgrades, will require this system to be offline beginning 5 p.m. Friday, December 18 through 6 a.m. Monday, December 21. During this time, Employee Self-Service, K12 Buy, budget entry, and time entry system applications will not be available.
