• Title I encumbrances from FY15

    All principals and assistant principals  |   Deadline: November 19

    Schools must resolve all Title I encumbrances dated prior to September 30 no later than Thursday, November 19. This includes parent involvement expenses appearing on Title I funds (4501.15.00) for the 2014-15 fiscal year. 

    Please ensure either that (a) all invoices and documentation have been submitted to accounts payable or (b) the requisition is canceled. Any FY15 Title I encumbrances remaining as of Friday, November 20, will be canceled. Note that any unresolved encumbrances with valid expenses on invoices submitted after Friday, November 20, will not be eligible for FY15 Title I funds as payment.
