• Identify your school’s Combined Charity Campaign representative

    All principals and assistant principals   |  Deadline: November 4, December 15

    Please encourage all staff members to support the 2015 Combined Charities Campaign to make their donations by Tuesday, December 15. The district’s goal for this year is $401,000 and employees can choose to direct their contribution (including payroll deductions) to numerous Baltimore organizations - including schools and education-related programs - and make a real difference on the children and families of Baltimore City. 

    Each school leader needs to identify their school’s campaign coordinator by returning this linked form by November 4. The responsibilities of the campaign coordinator will include
    • Serve as the school’s point of contact throughout the campaign
    • Participate in training to gain knowledge about the campaign, develop a donation plan of action, and provide suggestions on how to maximize their school’s campaign results
    • Promote this campaign at their school via publications, web site, and posters Meet regularly with CCC Loaned Executive discussing campaign activities 
    • Encourage online giving and distribute/collect pledge cards from faculty and staff 
    • Develop meaningful ways for saying "thank you" to all campaign donors
    A training webinar for all campaign coordinators is scheduled for Monday, November 9 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. More details will be provided to your campaign coordinator.
