Correcting duplicate enrollment

Between September 24 and October 21, data-quality contacts at each school will receive a weekly list of students (via the Data Quality Office 365 site) enrolled in both Baltimore City Public Schools and another Maryland county. Students on this list who are not enrolled at your school must be coded “T-13” in SMS (stating that an MSDE report was the justification for withdrawal in SMS). If there are students who do attend your school, you or your data-quality contact should email the Achievement and Accountability Office confirming attendance and enrollment within one week of receipt of the list.For questions, please email the Achievement and Accountability Office.
