Family preservation services
All principals and assistant principals
The Baltimore City Family Preservation School Support Unit provides services to help keep families together. For a limited time, case managers can provide assistance to parents and caretakers with children who have been identified as vulnerable to numerous forms of abuse or situations that put them at risk for removal from the home. Families can receive or be referred for services such as counseling, psychological and medical evaluations, housing information and assistance, transportation assistance, food vouchers, and additional services. This flyer, which should be shared only with school staff, describes how to contact the Family Preservation unit.
