• Consolidated call center: Update

    As a reminder, the One Call consolidated call center operates between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. It can be accessed by dialing the district’s main phone number 443-984-2000. 

    One Call handles phone calls for district offices including Academics, Human Capital, Information Technology, and Operations (including transportation). Many departmental phone numbers are now being routed within the call center.

    Issues that cannot be resolved by call center representatives are documented with HEAT tickets, which are sent to the departments or schools with content expertise for final resolution. Please ensure that you identify staff in your school or office to review and address assigned tickets to ensure all callers experience high-quality, timely service.
