    On Wednesday, July 1, City Schools will launch “One Call,” a new consolidated call center that will serve as a single point of entry for all telephone calls to the district office. One Call will operate from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 443-984-2000.

    One Call is designed as a streamlined approach to handling incoming phone calls, improving the quality of service for staff, families, and members of the public. One Call staff members will be able to provide immediate answers to many questions, with key district office staff available to support during the initial launch phase to ensure concerns are addressed in a timely manner. For issues that cannot be resolved through One Call, the HEAT system will continue to be used, with tickets sent to the appropriate department for final resolution.
