Missing grades in SMS
All principals | Deadline: May 1
All missing grades through the 3rd quarter must be entered into SMS by Friday, May 1. To view the number of missing grades for your school, see Data Cleansing Report #126 in eWeb.
Note that since PTG sync windows have passed, grades must be entered directly into SMS. For assistance, please refer to detailed guidance on elementary grade entry or secondary grade entry. Elementary and elementary/middle school staff should note that the “Not Taught This Quarter” recording option must be entered in SMS to communicate that the course was not taught to the student during that marking period (this selection is unlikely for middle, middle/high, or high schools).
