    In the budgeting process for the coming school year, the Human Capital Office has highlighted three areas for partnership with schools in ensuring effective and equitable staffing across the district:

    1. Using the earlier timeline for budget development to facilitate stabilization of staffing as early as possible
    2. Making every effort to honor placement preferences when feasible
    3. Increasing efficiency in placement of employees across the district

    Human Capital staff is working to solidify staffing policies, procedures, and timelines and will be providing updates over the next several weeks through the Leadership Action Update. We understand that the more information you have, the better equipped you will be to staff your schools successfully.
