Annual financial disclosure statement

City Schools' Code of Ethics (Board of Commissioners policy BCA and associated administrative regulations) requires that Board members and certain staff in school or district leadership positions file a financial disclosure statement each year. Individuals who are required to file the statement for the 2014 calendar year will receive an email notification with instructions by Friday, January 23. Please complete and submit the statement by Friday, February 27. The application can be accessed under the operations section of the ERP Portal.
