Service interruptions for hardware upgrades

As part of ongoing efforts to improve the district’s technology infrastructure, hardware upgrades will be performed on Saturday, November 22, between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Every effort will be made during this window to minimize inconvenience and disruption in service; however, there may be intermittent outages affecting all district applications that require Internet access, including email, VPN, SMS, and PTG. Outages are not expected to last more than 10 minutes at a time but may occur on multiple occasions during this maintenance window.
