Confirmation of devices for administration of PARCC assessments

Your school test coordinator has received information about confirming availability of the devices (laptops, etc.) available for administration of PARCC assessments this spring. The PARCC Capacity Readiness Tool is available under the Academics section on the ERP Portal. Please ensure that your test coordinator reviews and updates the tool by Wednesday, November 26.
The district will provide further guidance this winter for scheduling and administration of PARCC. In order to support your school in scheduling, an accurate count of your devices is required. The Capacity Readiness Tool will help you identify gaps so that, in turn, you can allocate budget resources to ensure you have the necessary capacity for PARCC administration. In addition, because the information in the PARCC Capacity Readiness Tool is populated from the results of the capacity survey completed last year, it can be used to help with completion of the technology inventory process.
