Students enrolled in multiple districts

On Monday, October 20, network data specialists will send school leaders and registrars a list of students who are enrolled at their school and simultaneously at a school in another school district.
- If a student on the list is currently enrolled at your school, e-mail Daniel Heller at the district office with grades and attendance from SMS to demonstrate enrollment.
- If the student is not currently enrolled in your school, transfer the student using a T13 code and an exit date the day after their last day of attendance. (If the student never attended your school this year, use an exit date of July 15, 2014.)
All records must be reconciled by Thursday, October 30. Please contact your data specialist with questions or for assistance.
