Annual School Survey

At City Schools, we know that every member of a school community — students, staff, families — contributes to a school's success. And it's important that every member has an opportunity to let the district and school leaders know what is working well and what areas need improvement. 

Students

If you are in grades 3 to 12, you will be asked to complete the survey at school, during class time. The deadline for completing the survey for 2013 was Friday, April 12.

Parents/guardians

Every year, each school sends a survey home with students for a parent or guardian to complete. Parents/guardians of all students, from pre-k to grade 12, receive the survey. It can be completed online or in print.

The deadline to complete the survey for 2013 was Friday, April 12. 

School staff

Full-time school-based staff members received a link to the survey online in their district email account. For 2013, the deadline to respond was April 2.
