Welcome to Baltimore Liberation Diploma Plus High School (BLDP)

Baltimore Liberation Diploma Plus high school allows students who are over-age and under-credited, and who have been unsuccessful in traditional high schools to engage in an accelerated learning experience that combines competency based lessons, civic engagement activities, and future focus opportunities to prepare them for college, careers, and beyond.
