This beautiful video, in which students explain the end of segregation in the US, the role of the courts, and the importance of equality under the law, won FIRST PLACE in the American Bar Association's Law Day video competition!  Inspiring work!

 

 

Lakeland School is a community school located in southwest Baltimore. The Lakeland Lions feature a proud community of learners focused on constant growth. Students arrive at Lakeland and join our pride in pre-kindergarten, staying with our family through the eighth grade. To prepare our students for success in a knowledge-based economy, we use mastery and inquiry based learning to ensure that all of our students exceed Maryland State Standards.
