Did you know Midtown teachers often list items on Donors Choose to help enhance thier student's learning? Earlier this year Mrs. Engel received funding for her annual butterfly and seed kits, over a $200 value. Ms. Ward recently received funding for over $200 dollars worth of new books for her student's library. Ms. Kassel has recieved over $200 worth of Math games!  Mrs. Engel and Ms. Whitty's most recent Donors Choose project enabled their class to recieve Kindle Fire tablets.  Thanks to all who have donated to these worthy projects and keep an eye out for many more!

  • 1st Grade's Canned Food Drive Was A Huge Success!
Congratulations to the 1st Grade and all of Midtown for a very successful Canned Food Drive to support the Maryland Food Bank.  In all 1st Grade volunteers collected 515 canned goods from classmates, schoolmates, neighbors, and families.  Volunteers from the Maryland Food Bank picked up our donations as the 1st Graders along with a few 8th Grade boys loaded the truck.  Thank you Midtown for helping us to learn how to help others in need!
