Greeting Parents,

As summer begins to come to a close, our thoughts turn toward the start of a new school year.  It is with great eagerness, excitement and a mounting sense of anticipation that I welcome you to a new school year at Fort Worthington Elementary School. This school year we will offer a Before Care Reading Program (7-7:15 a.m.), partner with our Recreation Center to provide an Afterschool Program (2:45 - 6 p.m.), and offer Hot Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner meal as well as a Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Programs. Please plan to join us at our Open House on Friday, 17 August, Auditorium, 5:00-6:30 p.m., where we will preview and discuss these and other fabulous FWES educational programs.

    Families are cordially invited to learn more about our academic program at our Open House scheduled for Friday, August 17, 2012. The event will occur from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium

  • Falcon Safety Alert

    For safety and supervisory reasons, no scholar will be allowed in the school building prior to 7:15 a.m. Breakfast begins at 7:15 a.m. and ends at 7:45 a.m.; classroom instruction begins at 7:45 a.m. and ends at 2:25 p.m.
