Pre-Employment


Pre-Employment Mission Statement:


To process incoming employees in a quick efficient and polite way, providing needed direction in completing all forms required by BCPSS.

Pre - Employment Team:

Overview of Department:


Perform all pre-employment processes for all incoming staff whether teacher, temporary employee, staff, etc. Provide fingerprinting and background checks, creating badges and all pertinent information. Provide direction for incoming employees of certain processes and informing other facets of the HR department when incoming employees are ready to complete the entire process, when necessary.

Important Information for BCPSS Employees:

  1. Whenever you come to apply for a position you must bring photo ID. Your social security card must match your driver's license.
  2. If you have lost your ID badge please be prepared to provide a copy of the police report to receive it free or you will have to pay a $15.00 fee.
  3. Unless otherwise indicated all pre-employment fingerprint and background checks are $43.00 and must be presented in a money order.
  4. Bring a voided check if you want to do direct deposit.
