Mission Statement:

To provide the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and employees of BCPSS with prompt, creative and accurate legal counsel.

What We Do:  

• Defend the Board and its employees or agents in Federal, State, local and administrative proceedings
• Provide advice and counsel to the Chief Executive Officer, the Board and management
• Assist the Board and Chief Executive Officer in updating and developing administrative policies and procedures which support all of the Master Plan objectives
