Grade 12

In twelfth grade, students are required to take English IV. Many students have completed all required courses in social studies, mathematics, and science. College prep students should continue to take courses in these areas. The sample standards below are for sociology (social studies), pre-calculus (mathematics), and environmental science. Students enrolled in tech prep or occupational prep programs take additional courses in their career and technology education complete program and many participate in an internship or paid work experience during their senior year. Advanced placement college-level courses are also available for students.
